Weve partnered with the UK Social Enterprise, Green Pastures, who are looking to recruit a Partnerships Manager to support, manage and develop relationships with their charitable partners throughout the Midlands region.The role offers remote working, generous holiday entitlement along with the opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of others.What youll do:* Maintain relationships with existing partners, equipping them to grow and develop more projects* Develop new partnerships with Churches and Christian charities to provide properties to house the homeless* Monitor new partners performance and the impact they are having on their residents* Encourage new partners in their ministry and assist them with the challenges they face* Liaise with the rest of the team to provide the most effective serviceWhat youll need:* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and foster relationships* knowledge & experience of the housing sector and homelessness (Desirable)* Experience managing, supporting or delivering projects* Access to a vehicle with the flexibility to travel through the region and the ability to problem-solve without supervision* A practicing Christian and will participate & contribute to the spirituality of GP.
