We are currently recruiting Single Trade Operatives to work for an innovative company based in Micheldever. You will be working for a fast growing, family run company who are delivering state-of-the-art real estate projects across theUK and Ireland.Private Healthcare, a discounted gym membership, Life Assurance at three times your annual salary and a monthly discretionary bonus scheme are just a few of the benefits this company offers!Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pmSalary: Starting at £32,000 p.a. but negotiable depending on experience.Key activities:We would like to hear from candidates with the following backgrounds:Painter - performing painter and decorator duties, using brushes, rollers, or spraying equipment and applying paint, stains, varnishes and other finishes.Carpentry - performing carpenters and joiners’ duties on the manufacturing and assembly of timber frame panels and other related tasks including other building materialsPlumbing – performing 1st fixes and 2ndfixes, fitting pipework and pressure testing throughout the modules, following drawing and job specifications to meet requirementTaper and Jointer – handle all aspects of planning and preparing the drywall, taping, finishing, and clean-up.Ideal candidate:

• Qualified tradesperson from an assembly or construction labouring background
• Familiar with and comfortable using hand tools, jigs and high-end equipment
• Reliable, hard-working and committed
• Be able to accurately follow written procedures
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail
• Experience of working as part of a Team
• Able to adapt to a busy pressurised factory environment
• Have a good understanding of technical drawings

Desirable

• City & Guilds or NVG in one of the single trades above
• 5 years post qualified experience in given trade
• Qualified by experience in one of the single trades with demonstratable skills
