There is an exciting opportunity to join a large Manufacturing business in their busy sales team as a Sales Administrator, on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent. The business are currently very busy and due to this they have added to their team over the past 6 months, and are now looking to recruit another Sales Administrator.DescriptionAs a Sales Administrator you will report in to the Customer Service Manager. You will be dealing with customer orders over email and over the phone. This will involve talking through the products offered, inputting orders on to the system, working out pricing bands and quoting their orders and liaising around delivery time-frames, whilst delivering high levels of customer service. You will build a relationship with key clients, and develop a knowledge of what different clients require when ordering.Profile

Experience within Sales Support is essential (Order processing, Sales Administrator etc)

High levels of Customer Service

Available at short notice

Industrial, manufacturing or logistics industry experience is preferable but not essential

Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
