Home Manager based at Swallow Wood, MexboroughAvailable Hours:Permanent - Full Time - 37.5 hours per week.You will be responsible for managing, developing and evaluating all aspects of services within the home, to meet and surpass current legislation and MHAs policies and procedures. You will enjoy the company of older people and be committed to delivering and developing the highest standards of care and support for residents to live their daily lives to the full, in the way they wish.We require an excellent communicator with experience in leading and motivating staff members. Your people skills will also ensure positive relationships with residents, relatives and volunteers as well as external agencies.
