Package DescriptionCare Home Manager - Competitive Salary Full Time 37.5 hours per week - To join our team in Barry, Vale of GlamorganAtDyfan Court we support up to4adultswith Learning Disabilities, Autism and / or Metal health needs, helping to improve their independence within a supported environment and changing their world for the better. We work with people toachieve their goals through supporting them to access training, volunteering and employment opportunities. Individuals are supported to engage in their local community and to learn and practice new skills in a supported environment, our staff are our heroesand they need a leader!We are looking for a Care Home Manger who:

  • Experienced as aCare Home Manager within aresidential setting
  • Registered with Social Care Wales
  • Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
  • Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Autism and Acquired Brain Injuries
  • Demonstrates positive values
  • Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
  • QCF 5 or NVQ level 4 in Health and Social Care is essential
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good awareness of CIWlegislation, updates, changes and best practice
