Job Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be handling incoming calls from a customer base and ensuring they receive a professional and friendly customer experience.Client DetailsThe organisation is a well-respected entity in the not-for-profit industry. This role will be in their Halewood office, L18.DescriptionAs a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer issues as needed.
ProfileA successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
  • 1 years experience within a Contact Centre environment
  • Experience with Zendesk is preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
