Job Description

This role requires an HR Assistant who will provide high-quality support to the Human Resources department of a well-established property firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR duties, including employee relations, recruitment,and administrative tasks.Client DetailsThis firm is a leader in the property industry and has a workforce of over 500 employees.   • Providing comprehensive support to the HR department.
  • Managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Handling employee relations and responding to employee queries.
  • Updating and maintaining employee records.
  • Assisting with the organisation of training sessions and workshops.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Supporting with payroll-related tasks.
  • Conducting administrative tasks as required.
ProfileA successful HR Assistant should have:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
