Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by the teacher.
  • Assist in the management of classroom behaviour and routines.
  • Support students in understanding and completing assignments.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for learning.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students of diverse abilities.
