Senior Project Manager / City Centre Agency / Flexible working (currently remote) / Amazing offices / Growth Culture / Progressive agency / Range of clientsThe roleWorking along side the Client Director, and a collaborative team of creatives, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the running and delivery of a wide range of projects across a range of exciting clients and sectors. The Senior Project Manager is committed to and accountable for ensuring the team offer a consistent and high-quality level of service on all projects. Working closely with and line-manage a more junior Project Manager, toplan and manage projects from pitch to delivery.The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in the Core Client Team, working closely with the Client Director and Creative Lead to ensure project success.Responsibilities of the role1. To deliver successful and efficient projectsa. Create, drive and maintain the project plan, generating stage plans to monitor progressb. Work closely with the Resource Manager to resource and schedule against the project planc. Rigorously manage and interpret the flow of information between all stakeholders and suppliers to maximise project efficiencyd. Measure project performance using appropriate systems and reports2. To ensure a high level of both internal and external communication across all projectsa. Develop a lead/support PM structure to ensure continuity of communication and project management across all projects within the CCTb. Drive proactive communication with the project team at all times to ensure all have clear time-bound goals and targets to deliver against the project planc. Manage all project-level communications and ensure all client feedback is clearly interpreted, distilled into clear actions and the resulting work is accurate3. To take a leadership approacha. Line manage and work closely with a more junior Project Manager to provide leadership, coaching and CPDb. Support the development of junior team members by coaching and sharing relevant experiencesc.
