Job Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk | Crosby | £20,000-£25,000 doeThis is an immediate start, temporary role to cover staff shortage over a busy period.The role will include the following duties:

  • Managing the full end to end purchase ledger process
  • Assisting with procurement
  • Petty cash
  • Assist with supplier invoice and payment processing as well as statement reconciliations.
  • Oversee supplier queries to ensure they are monitored, reviewed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assist with daily banking and statement reconciliations.
The ideal candidate:* Relevant experience in a similar accounts role* Great communication skills* Strong purchase ledger skills* Good experience on MS Excel* Numerical, analytical and able to meet deadlines
