Job Description

Job Title: Learning Support AssistantLocation: HuytonEmployer: Tradewind RecruitmentTradewind Recruitment is currently hiring Learning Support Assistants to work in primary schools located in Huyton.Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and activities.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with learning difficulties.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour plans.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the needs of all students.
Contribute to the preparation and organisation of learning materials and resources.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students achieve their potential.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications or training in education or special educational needs (SEN) support is desirable.
