Job Description

Group Payroll Manager / £60,000 - £80,000 / Merseyside / PermanentAdaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business based in Merseyside who are looking for a Group Payroll Manager to join their team.Package:

  • Salary £60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus
  • Car allowance or car
  • Full-time, Permanent
  • 25 days holiday plus BHs
Location: MerseysideJob Duties:
  • Consolidation of payroll processes for the group
  • Manage end to end payroll process to include, calculations, deductions, tax etc
  • Lead and supervise a team of payroll clerks, including 121s, training etc
  • Keep up to date with local payroll laws and regulations to ensure processes are adhering to legal requirements
  • Utilise payroll software and systems to streamline processes and ensure accuracy
  • Identify and implement areas of process improvement
Who will I report intoThis role will report directly into the Finance DirectorWhen will interviews be taking placeInterviews will be happening ASAPIdeal experience
  • 5+ years experience within a similar role essential
  • Transformation and strategic experience essential for payroll consolidation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as excel essential
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong people management skills
