Job Description

Position: Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Knowsley Hours: 40 hours - with paid lunch 8-4 9-5 10-6 (potential shift patterns) with some Saturday workingSalary: £24,000 Contract: Temporary to Permanent opportunityMy client is currently in a period of growth and due to obtaining further contracts are seeking Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time role and is based in Knowsley offering the right candidate a temporary to permanent opportunity.About the role:

  • Inbound calls relating to the products and services on offer.
  • Scheduling appointments using booking system based on availability and areas.
  • Liaison with engineers/technicians re booked or scheduled appointments and noting any customer requirements etc.
  • Basic Administration duties including sending email/letter confirmation to customers following booking of appointments.
  • Dealing with complaints
Skills and Requirements:
  • Telephone call handling essential
  • Basic office administration
  • MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook essential
  • Excellent communication skills and capable of explaining technical service over the phone to all types of people
  • Working on own initiative
You will have an outgoing personality and excellent rapport building skills due to being phone-based role. You will have gained excellent customer service skills.
