JustPhysio are looking for a HCPC registered Band 6/7 Community Adults Physiotherapist based in Merseyside, to start ASAP for an ongoing position. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate must have two years postgrad experience, with at least 1 year in the NHS. Previous experience in a fast-paced, community setting is essential. Pay: £21 - £24 p/h (UMBRELLA) Position: Community Adults Start Date: ASAP HCPC registration List of duties: The post holder will act asan experienced practitioner for Physiotherapy within the Adults and Community Division. The post holder will ensure access to urgent and routine Physiotherapy assessment and intervention provide and monitor treatment programmes at home and ensure safe dischargeor referral on to other services as appropriate. They will work in partnership with patients, carers and other health and social care agencies to promote independence and develop individual plans of care relevant to patient need.
