Lead HVAC EngineerManchesterUp to £38k per annum & vehicle/fuel card, travel time and benefitsAn experienced Heating Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer is needed to work in the HVAC department for a specialist Engineering/FM business on a portfolio of Commercial Contracts covering the Meseyside/Chester/ South Manchester regions.The client installs, repairs and maintains heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems on commercial contracts UK wide as well as providing general M&E and FM services.The HVAC Engineer with very good all-round Commercial Gas and Air Conditioning experience will be expected to work safely unsupervised at commercial properties (Offices, Manufacturing, Colleges, etc). As a mobile HVAC Engineer you are expected to work acrosscustomer sites in Manchester/Leeds and surrounding areas - responding to both air conditioning & commercial boiler breakdown and repair as well as weekly/monthly general PPM duties.Commercial Gas Service Engineers / Air Conditioning Engineers must haveCommercial Gas Safe Qualification - COCN1 or CoDNCO1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, ICAE1, CIGA1, etcF Gas Safe handling certificate (C&G 2079 or CITB J11)Health & Safety Training and awarenessGood people skills - knowing how to look after the companies customerBe able to provide evidence of qualificationsWorking Duties:Routine maintenance of commercial plant rooms and weekly monthly PPMs of building plantFault finding and repair of commercial boilers and vrvs, splits, mulit-splitsGeneral mechanical & electrical experience on other building services would be an added advantage.Experienced On The Following:Commercial Gas Boiler & BurnersAir & Water HeatersHeating Plant & PipeworkAir Conditioning - VRV / VRF / Splits & Multi SplitsAHUs / FCUsElectrical SystemsPackage:This client are offer a competitive salary of £38k per annum (based on a 42hr week) to a Heating & Ventilation Engineer with the right qualifications & experience in the HVAC fields.
