Job Description

Network Support Operative - MeridenSalary: £21,500-£23,000Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (may introduce a Saturday rota this year)OC11998My client is recruiting for Network Support Operative for their Fleet Management company in the Meriden areaFantastic benefits package that includes:

  • You are responsible for providing instructions and general guidance to customers for best use, queries and difficulties that they may have in the use of the services we provide
  • Helping the company develop software programmes
  • To liaise with customers and clients and liaising with 3rd parties
  • Record calls on the Central Business Administration System and be familiar with fault prioritisation categories.
  • Receiving inbound calls and emails from customers and assist them with any queries and difficulties they are experiencing
Requirements:
  • An interest in computer software / progamme development
  • Comfortable in dealing with Technical issues
  • PC literate including Excel and Microsoft
  • Experience with 1Link will be an advantage
