* National Sales Manager* Full time, permanent role* OTE £70,000 per annum + benefits such as £7k EV Car Allowance + company cardNational Sales ManagerB2B working with Distributors & Wholesalers Full time, permanent role OTE £70,000 per annum + benefits such as £7k EV Car Allowance + company card Main office/Production Facility in Coventry so ideal candidate to be located around the West Midlands Our client is a leading manufacturer in their field of product and need a field based National Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be hungry to make a positive impact to the business by developing new client relationships and re-engaging with cold clients.If you enjoy travelling and are a self-motivated sales professional, then this role could be for you.National Sales Manager Duties and responsibilities* 50% travel to meet current and potential clients (being on the road and meeting clients is crucial to this role so we are looking for someone who thoroughly enjoys being out in the field rather than the office!)* Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.* Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.* Develop and implement effective sales strategies.* Contacting database to arrange meetings and tender for business.* Marketing to ex customers and decision makers* Increasing customer spend* Negotiate and close agreements with customers.* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.* Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.National Sales Manager Requirements* Previous working experience as a National Sales Manager (5+ years)* Willing to meet the team at the production facility and give a presentation on your background and previous sales experience.* Experienced with selling to wholesalers & distributors.* Strong negotiation skills needed to win new business and previous business back onto the books.* Hands on experience with CRM software* Applicable experience of sales performance metrics* Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills* Excellent organizational and time management skills* Analytical and data driven problem solver.Other * 9am-5pm Monday to Friday* Car allowance - EV up to £7,000 a year* Company card for commuting, food, hotels etc.Green Folk Ltd are recruiting for this role on behalf of their client who are offering permanent employment.
