Job Description

If you are looking for your next step into more responsibility, accountability and to make a real financial impactThen we are looking to employ an ambitious B2B Marketing Specialist, who wants to make the move in a managers position. Your goal, to support our automotive technology solutions business.The role is currently based at home during Covid but will be partly based in Meriden (flexible) and some travel to Sheffield (our Head Office).You will be supporting the delivery of agreed sales revenue by devising and delivering the full marketing mix, including; PR, events, collateral, website, early life cycle management and targeted Marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions and offers direct to prospective and upselling to existing customers.R2C Online owns and operates the world’s first interactive platform for managing commercial vehicle fleet compliance and maintenance. The cloud-based service connects vehicle operators, fleet managers and leasing companies with dealers, workshops and manufacturers, enabling secure sharing of vital vehicle performance and service information, and an efficient means for scheduling, authorising and invoicing jobs.What you love doing

  • Help devise and deliver the marketing strategy and plans to support sales KPI’s, operating within agreed marketing budget with a strong commercial focus to deliver campaign ROI as well as long term growth opportunities
  • Help inspire all relevant business areas (especially Sales and Telesales) to support the achievement of the product business goals
  • Liaise with the relevant internal teams to ensure that products and service meet customer’s needs
  • Deliver acquisition, cross-sales, upsell and retention marketing campaigns - both online and offline
  • Act as a two way communications and feedback conduit to inform future product and service opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the target audience, leveraging these insights to deliver increased value to all parts of the value chain - R2C, customer and employee
  • Work with our PR agency and Marketing team to agree and execute an always on’ PR strategy
  • Brand guardianship for all communication ensuring consistency and collaboration across on and offline communications
  • Take ownership of all social platforms and management of PPC campaigns to generate awareness and sales
  • What we are looking for:
  • Educated to degree level, ideally with relevant qualification in Marketing
  • Substantial success at a middle level management in large, matrixed B2B and/or B2C business including:
  • Product management
  • Promotional marketing and campaigns, including customer relationship development
  • Marketing strategies and delivery of plans
  • Strategic Alliances
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of Salesforce would be an advantage
  • Experience of Dotdigital would be an advantage but not necessary
  • Evidence of innovation and practical delivery of new products and marketing solutions
  • Effective problem solving, project management and delivery
  • Proven relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Track record of successful, inspirational team leadership and development
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills at all business levels
