Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for Contract Support for a local contractor for an office based role with site and client visits.Progression is available and the support will be there but you must take ownership of the role! They offer company benefits as well as training coupled with a 35-40K salary negotiable on experience.Benefits of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

The purpose of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role is to:
  • Support the management team with quotations
  • Formulate SOR for local authorities contracts - pre & post work
  • Qualify labour force time sheets for the contact team
  • Supplier invoices allocation
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, customers, and operatives
  • Support the product team with H&S and environment
Essential Skills for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
  • Full Clean Driving licence
  • Aids and Adaptations works
  • Self-motivation and the ability to pro-actively manage workload & prioritise
Desirable Experience for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
  • Use of SOR on Social Housing projects
  • Programming software
  • Health & Safety Qualification
