Accounts AssistantSalary £25,00-£28,000An exciting opportunity has arisen within a multi-site family run business for a sales ledger, Purchase ledger and data processing.Previous experience working in a busy environment, would be advantageous.The main purpose of this job is to provide accounting administration support to the department for sales and purchase invoicing in a high transactional function. You will also manage incoming telephone calls and offer some general admin support.Using information collated for weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholdersTo be successful, you will need to be:• A willing team player, with a positive/can-do attitude• A strong communicator with excellent written skills and telephone manner• Organised• Have a strong eye for detail, as data inputting is a significant part of this jobNB: Because of the rural location of this business, it is essential you have your own transport
