Import / Export Coordinator6 Month Temporary ContractMelksham£24,000Have you gained previous experience within Import / Export administrationAre you immediately availableInterested in securing a 6 month temporary contractWe are currently assisting a dynamic organisation with the recruitment of an experienced Import / Export Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month temporary contract basis. Our client is looking for someone to start ASAP!The purpose of this role is to ensure all export shipments are delivered on time ensuring all documentation is correct so goods clear local customs seamlessly. You will also be required to maintain the companys master data to ensure all codes are accurate and correct duties rates are applied.Duties will include;-* Coordinate with the Local Despatch Department to ascertain shipments available for processing inbound and outbound.* Provide import / export clearance instructions to freight forwarders and couriers.* Support he Import / Export Coordinating team on daily activities.Candidate Specification;-* Previous experience within an Import / Export environment.* Specialist knowledge of export procedures advantageous.* Very good Excel skills.* Excellent attention to detail.
