Job Description

A new role due to the company winning a large new contract, you will be joining this business during an exciting growth period. This role offers a great of variety of tasks and an opportunity to become an integral part of the team.Salary is £25,000 (to be reviewed in April 2024) 25 days holiday, on-site parking, pension, with hours of work - 8-4, 8.30-4.30 or 9-5OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Dealing with hire desk queries, processing orders and scheduling
  • Management of the team email inboxes, forwarding messages as appropriate
  • Maintaining logs for complaints and compliments
  • Supporting with internal quality and compliance
  • Assisting with general administration
ABOUT YOU
  • Commercially astute
  • Experience of using a CRM system, they use Salesforce
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
