Our client is searching for a candidate with a genuine passion for providing the highest standards in quality childcare, strong communication skills, andthe ability to manage a team. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work under the guidance of a highly experienced Management Team, senior team and Early Years Director.Skills, experience, and qualifications:

• For you to have a minimum level 2 in Childcare Learning and Development
• Minimum 1 years childcare experience
• Good knowledge of the EYFS
• Good understanding of Planning, observation, and Assessment
• A firm understanding of childrens development needs and individual learning styles from birth to 5 years
• You understand the importance of supporting childrens transitions
• Have the knowledge that the environments the Third Teacher
• Unlocking Learning Outdoors
• To know the importance of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
• To know the importance of supporting your teams personal and professional development
• To know the importance of procedures to follow regarding Safeguarding children
