Job Description

Early Years Practitioner Location: Bedfordshire (Babies Room)Salary: £20,500 - £22,500 per annumMain USPs of the vacancy:This Early Years Practitioner role offers you the opportunity to join a homely family feel environment and high-quality service. If you are a newly qualified or an experienced early years practitioner, this is the opportunity waiting for you. This House Day Nursery will offer you training, and you will have the chance to progress within the company. Besides that, you will have a lot of benefitslike healthcare, team building and social activities, wellbeing days, and much more.Responsibilities Include:As an Early Years Practitioner, you will have to lead and manage a team and a room of babies. Our client is searching for a candidate with a genuine passion for providing the highest standards in quality childcare, strong communication skills, andthe ability to manage a team. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work under the guidance of a highly experienced Management Team, senior team and Early Years Director.Skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • For you to have a minimum level 2 in Childcare Learning and Development
  • Minimum 1 years childcare experience
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS
  • Good understanding of Planning, observation, and Assessment
  • A firm understanding of childrens development needs and individual learning styles from birth to 5 years
  • You understand the importance of supporting childrens transitions
  • Have the knowledge that the environments the Third Teacher
  • Unlocking Learning Outdoors
  • To know the importance of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • To know the importance of supporting your teams personal and professional development
  • To know the importance of procedures to follow regarding Safeguarding children
