Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can launch and manage a new area of the business for our well-established client based in Crewe.This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate who can make the role their own and establish their place in a business operating in one of the most exciting and fast paced industries.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience within operational management ideally within a business where physical stock is moved from receipt to sale, managing all the processes in between always ensuring customer satisfaction.This role will pay between £28,000 and £35,000 for the right candidate.The roles involves:

Establishing and managing the operational requirements of the new area of the business buying and selling refurbished mobile phones in UK and Europe.
Putting in place a series systems and controls to ensure timely execution of daily operations including listing, dispatch and returns process.
Understanding the need for compliance within a regulated industry and ensuring that there are internal systems and controls in place to ensure
Aligning this operation with the existing business.
Managing the customer service and returns function of the new business
Analysis of the stock and sales forecasting, minimizing stock run outs and maximizing profit margins from available stock
Implementation of competitive pricing based on market research and competitor analysis / comparison.
Monitoring of and response to reviews and feedback.
