Job Description

The Team & Focus of the RoleWe have a new role for a Property Manager to join our Rural Property Management team at our Estates Office in Market Harborough, this is a rewarding role that has come through the growth of the department over the past few years and will enable the furthergrowth strategy for the department.This hands-on role would ideally suit you if you’re from a previous property management or building management background and you’d like to have the ownership of your own workload, be client facing and have an element of travelling to different client sitesfor site inspections in your role.This is a permanent, full- time opportunity (Mon - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm) however we operate a hybrid working policy and are flexible to discuss other working hours as long as our core hours of 10am - 4pm are covered.Duties will include:

  • Being the point of contact and directly reporting to our clients’ portfolios
  • Completing regular site visits
  • Renewing agricultural tenancy agreements
  • Managing the maintenance of residential and agricultural properties
  • Residential property compliance management
  • Rental arrears management
The successful candidate will have...
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team
  • Be versatile and able to tackle a variety of different tasks
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to build and maintain positive & proactive relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of buildings and property maintenance,
  • Full driving license
