Job Description

The Team & Focus of the RoleOur Market Harborough office has recently moved and is growing, therefore we require a new team member to join us who enjoys having a large amount of client contact over the phone, email & on occasion face to face.You would also assist internal colleagues with day-to-day tasks such as organising the post, arranging meeting rooms and managing a busy switchboard. In addition, you would also be responsible for the coordinating of office procedures including health andsafety, key holding responsibilities and office expenses.This position would suit someone highly organised, with a great attention to detail and a drive to provide the best experience for both internal and external stakeholders.This is a permanent full-time position (Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm), due to the nature of the position this individual will be fully office based.Duties will include:

  • Responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors
Answering a busy switchboard and transferring calls Preparing meeting rooms, accompanying documents ahead of meetings Arranging for refreshments to be provided ahead of meetings Booking meeting rooms and handling conference call facilitation Responsible for the ordering of office supplies and stationery provision Organising maintenance of office equipment, reporting problems with telephones and office equipment Making the initial call to system host in the event of system failure Responsible for sorting all incoming post and deliveries, then distributing to relevant departments Preparing and binding reports and other documents as required Updating the divisional telephone list Preparation & management of archive storage Managing generic email accounts (excluding accounting specific ones)The successful candidate will have...
  • Previous office experience
  • Switchboard experience (desirable)
  • Great telephone manner
  • First class client service experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines
