Job Description

Credit Controller / Market Harborough / Up to £25,000 + Bonus / Office Based / PermanentPartnering with a leading firm specialising in UK and overseas debt recovery, we are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Credit Controller to join their team in Market Harborough.With a network of associates boasting extensive experience and knowledge in debt collection and business operations, our client is committed to promptly responding to client needs and recovering all collectable debts, demonstrating a total worldwide commitmentto completing any task, regardless of its duration. As a Credit Controller in Market Harborough, your responsibilities will include:

  • Skillful communication with debtors to obtain payment for overdue debts.
  • Conducting personal visits when necessary to assess debtors ability to pay.
  • Collaborating with the litigation department to take legal actions if required.
  • Providing regular reports to clients on the progress of debt collection.
  • Acting as an extension to clients credit control departments to enhance cash flow.
Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong communication skills for effective debt negotiation.
  • Ability to assess debtors financial ability to pay.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures related to debt recovery (preferred but not essential).
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills for managing debt collection processes effectively.
