Basic £30,000OTE £50,000Our client is a directly authorised national mortgage and equity release brokerage. As part of their drive to provide clients with all round quality advise they are seeking to appoint a sales development coach to work within their estate planning business.The role will focus on the development of quality internal leads through listening to fact finds generated by mortgage and equity release advisers and identifying areas for improvement within the estate planning elements. From here you will provide support to the respective sales managers with a view to increasing both the quantity and quality of leads passed across to the estate planners.To be considered you must have the following:
