Job Description

My new client is a regional firm with an outstanding reputation, ranked in the Legal 500 - and theyre keen to grow their Private Client team in their Leatherhead office.The firm are dedicated to the principle being ofaccessible and providingfriendlyservice with high quality advice.They are trusted with consistentlytreating their client base with the same attention, expertise and respect from private individuals to businesses (small and large alike).Position: Solicitor/Associate - Private ClientLocation: LeatherheadSalary is negotiable on candidate experienceAbout the candidate:

  • PQE 4+ years
  • Must be able to work on-site during probation period
  • Experience of trust matters and Court of Protection matters would be beneficial (not essential)
  • Preferred to havespecialist accreditations such as STEP or SFE.
Responsibilities
  • Developing and growing private client service
  • Enhancing the experience of current clients
  • Manage a mixed caseload that includes wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney
  • Ability to work with a broad or mixed client base
