Job Description

SummaryWorking for a globally recognised brand, your main responsibility is delivering loyalty propositions and initiatives aimed at achieving customer retention and growth. Reporting to the Head of Loyalty, your role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience(CX) across all channels within the loyalty programme.You will oversee the planning and execution of experiences and benefits for membership, and the development of new loyalty capabilities.Your approach will be data-driven with a focus on continuous learning and innovation.General duties to include

  • Take ownership of and manage the customer experience within the loyalty programme across all channels
  • Ensure that all activations and campaigns uphold the core value proposition of the rewards loyalty programme
  • Safeguard and uphold the visual and verbal identity of the loyalty programme
  • Oversee all communications directed at loyalty programme members
  • Ensure the technical functionality of loyalty points as a currency and a purchase incentive is seamless and optimised.
  • From the backbone of CRM campaign design, take ownership of loyalty campaign delivery end to end, managing the full cycle (execute, measure and optimise) of personalised lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Work to increase the perceived value of loyalty points as a valuable customer benefit
  • Onboarding new partners for the programme, including contractual obligations and agreements.
  • Technically manage and maintain the points bank within the loyalty programme.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Possesses extensive experience and expertise in managing loyalty programs, specifically focusing on CX enhancements and technical intricacies
  • Capable of strategically defining and delivering value propositions
  • Excellent relationship builder and communicator
  • Demonstrates a sound understanding of the technical aspects related to loyalty points
