Job Description

Pay: MPS 1-6 + SEN AllowanceStart Date: 01/09/2020The Lighthouse School, Margate provides a blended academic and therapeutic education for SEN children. The last grading from Ofsted was Good and the school continues to rapidly develop new approaches and opportunities to support our young people.We seek a full-time KS2 and KS3 SEN General Subjects teachers, to teach a range of subjects and activities. The Annual salary is based on Main Pay Scale 1- 6 + SEN Allowance.The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a small group of 6 students, designing and implementing learning programmes for each student, establishing coherent academic plans, recording achievement and liaising with other teachers to plan and organise teaching.
