Domiciliary Healthcare Assistant - Thanet, KentTLTP Medical have a job opening for several experienced Care Assistants to join the home-to-home team on an ongoing agency contracted role in Deal. You will make an incredible difference in service users lives, providing the highest standard of person-centredcare and support, to help maintain their independence. Supporting with mealtimes, personal care, and medication, as well as providing emotional support to ensure you build strong, meaningful relationships.Many families are opting for Domiciliary care otherwise known as care at home because it puts them back in control of the support they receive and helps maintain their quality of life and independent living.You should have experience working as a Home-To-Home care Assistant before and be able to reach users houses which the schedule provided to you using your own car.We are looking for people that can work long days 3-5 days per week on an ongoing basis.
