Job Description

Job Reference: J-0152Job Title: Sales NegotiatorJob Location: MapperleySalary: Up to £22,500 Basic- £40,000 OTE (Uncapped) / £30,000 Guarantee for the first 6 monthsCommission Structure:

  • 5% payable on exchange of the house sale commission
  • £25 per legal completion
  • £10 per first appointment
Days / Hours: 08:45 - 5:00 Monday- Friday / Every other Saturday 9:00 - 15:00 (Day off in the week for working the Saturday)Our Client, Nottingham’s No.1 Estate Agent has an awesome opportunity for a superstar Sales Negotiator to join their fabulous team!   • Liaise with Vendors and Prospective buyers
  • Book Valuations, update Vendors and Purchasers
  • Book and chase up viewings
  • Solicitor referrals
  • Mortgage referrals
  • Negotiate offers
  • Sales progression
The Individual will:
  • Have 12 months of Sales/ Estate Agent experience
  • Be a bright, bubbly, hard-working individual
  • Love the Sales Process
  • Love achieving commission
  • Enjoy dealing with the public
  • Happy to work alternate Saturdays
  • Keen and eager to work well with Vendors and Purchasers
