Job Description

Website and Product Listings Coordinator

  • Basic Salary- £25,000.00
  • Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00, No Weekends.
  • 22 Days Annual Leave Plus Bank Holidays.
Our client is one of the UKs largest importer and distributor of Vans, 4X4s and SUV accessories. With over 20 plus years of experience in the industry they have continue to grow over recent years. They are now looking to add an experienced website and productslistings coordinator to their over growing team.The Website and Product Listings Co-Ordinator role will include accurately and effectively representing the products sold by the company on all online platforms which will require content creation, writing accurate and engaging product descriptions and willinvolve working with key stakeholders across the business.The role and requirements of a website and product listings coordinator:
  • Maintenance and correct representation of products across company online platforms.
  • Perform administrational tasks associated with the creation of product listings, such as using the management system to createpart numbers and calculations.
  • Interacting with peers and suppliers to maintain stock records.
  • Adopting best practice to online listings to achieve and improve sales conversion.
  • Writing effective product descriptions using manufacturers product descriptions and own research.
  • Taking images of products using SLR camera and using editing software.
  • Creating basic video content of fitted products for social media.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in Photoshop and Microsoft Excel.
The Ideal Website and products listing co coordinator:
  • Experience and knowledge within content creation. Basic Video content creation and ability to use SLR Camera.
  • Ability to use Photoshop and Microsoft Excel.
  • Administration experience.
  • Excellent writing skills, to be able to create product descriptions to boost sales.
  • Interest in motor or van styling would be desirable.
