Owning the accounting of the Groups many acquisitions under IFRS 3 Business Combinations and necessary disclosure in the Group and subsidiary financial statements Liaising with Administrators and external advisors to ensure transactions are fully understood and documented Owning and presenting the potential impact of acquisitions on the Frasers Group plc financial statements to the Chief Accountant and Director of Finance to support the budgeting & forecasting process Supporting the Chief Accountant with complex accounting areas, including acquisitions, share schemes, derivatives, and foreign subsidiaries Support, coach and manage two Assistant Group Accountants and a Group Accountant, including completion of annual appraisals, ongoing performance management, and supporting them in attaining their professional qualifications Being a key active member of the Group Finance team, headed by the Chief AccountantProfile
