Job Description

The company:Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for luxury multi-brand retail business serving the worlds best premium, luxury, and sports brands globally.The Role:The HR Data Analyst you are responsible for analysing and maintaining statistical reports concerning workforce data.The responsibilities for this HR Data Analyst:

  • Configure and support the suite of applications used by the People Team.
  • Responsible for the administration of People Systems such as Core HR and Payroll, Talent and Onboarding, E-Learning, and Talent & Acquisition.
  • Accuracy in analysing trends and interpreting data and reports to support the team.
  • Monitoring mailboxes and responding to queries and issues.
  • Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
To be successful in this HR Data Analyst:
  • Min 2 years of experience, ideally in a HR and people-based analytics role, however other data analytics backgrounds would be considered
  • Ideally have Power BI development and SQL skills.
  • Proficient and advanced user of (Excel - VBA)
  • Knowledge of Itrent and SSIS will be a plus.
  • Possesses analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Full right to work in the UK (this role unfortunately doesnt offer sponsorship).
