Job Description

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary HR Administrator for one of their clients based in Mansfield. The role is on going for a minimum of 3 months... The client are rapidly growing and experiencing successful, continued growth across all areas within the business. This is a key role for the business and requires someone who can hit the ground running, someone who has really understands the importance ofHR and someone with a strong attention to detail. Day to day duties will include: - Managing the new starters and leavers process ensuring all paperwork, files and on boarding is completed to a high standard - Support with recruitment administration - Carry out pre employment checks such as DBS and references - Updating the HR system, we use IRIS Cascade - Responding and resolving recruitment queries from applicants via telephone, email and the online recruitment platform. - Liaise and support the People Support Team with engagement activities such as inductions and on boarding - Be proactive and consistent with all HR administrations tasks including filing, update of HR records, business reports and our HR & Payroll system - Produce all employee correspondence and keep accurate confidential HR records - All administration relating to our learning programmes including Academy, Management Insights This is a great opportunity for someone who has a true passion for HR! Previous experience within a administration role is a MUST! However if you do have previous HR experience this would also work in your favour. Salary: £11.00 - £11.50 per hour Working Hours: 8.00 am - 4.00pm or 9.00 am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday Please only apply if you are available immediately and happy to complete a temporary assignment!
