Job Description

Job Title: Cover Supervisor - Full Time and Part Time Positions AvailableLocation: MansfieldCompany: Empowering LearningAre you passionate about education and seeking a dynamic role in a vibrant school environment Empowering Learning is currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to join our team in Nottingham City. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities,providing flexibility to suit the needs of dedicated educators.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classroom activities during the short-term absence of the regular teacher.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
  • Maintain good classroom management and discipline.
  • Engage with students in a supportive and encouraging manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A degree in any discipline is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Working Hours:
  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate educators needs.
Remuneration:
  • Full-time position: £450 - £525 per week.
