Job Description

Accounts/Audit Senior - Mansfield – Fantastic salary + packageChase & Holland are working with a fantastic, progressive firm of chartered accountants who are looking to recruit an ambitious Accounts/Audit Senior. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountancy professional with a background within practice to join a forward-thinking firm at an exciting time.In return:

Responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting function
  • Preparing accounts to manager review stage (accruals, prepayments, stock and work in progress, deferred income etc.)
  • Resolve both internal and external queries as required
  • Auditing clients with turnovers varying from £10M - £100M
  • Maintaining meaningful working relationships with clients
The ideal candidate will be:
  • Ideally ACA/ACCA Qualified or very strong QBE
  • Strong IT skills – ideally experience of a variety of systems
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and to work to a high standard of accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
