Complex Care Nurse: Pharmakia is currently recruiting for a highly reputable client focused on providing neurological,nursing and palliative complex care. A highly existing opportunity to join a highly dedicated team focused on delivering high standards of personalised care. Essential: Hold NMC registration and a Nursing qualification. Demonstrate understanding of serviceusers care needs, exhibit excellent leadership, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Possess good customer service skills, respect for others, and the ability to work independently. Showcase hygiene and infection control best practices. Have soundknowledge of care planning and its practical application, and stay updated with personal and professional development in line with NMC requirements. Display competence in training on individual patient requirements, including Health and Safety, moving andhandling, Fire Safety, and COSHH. Key focus: Ensure high care standards by assessing, planning, and continuously evaluating to meet service users needs. Lead care staff proactively, enforce policy adherence in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct,and supervise tasks for timely care. Oversee nursing tasks, manage admissions and discharges, and address accountability levels. Support staff through demonstrations, training, and meetings. Liaise with health professionals, prioritize safety, and advise onsupply quality. Ensure accurate documentation and assist in end-of-life and pastoral care. Be aware of deprivation of liberty safeguarding procedures. Schedule: 12 hour shift Day shift Night shift Weekend availability 37.5 hours per week Simply CV application,1-3 days interview.
