Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our office located in Swansea. You will be working for an established recruitment firm who provide quality recruitment services within the Healthcare sector.You will be working closely with our sales consultants to gain detailed job information to fulfil our clients recruitment requirements.Our Recruitment Consultants are responsible for a variety of duties within the business, being client and candidate facing allows you to build long-lasting relationships and understand the healthcare sector.Skills & Experience required for the role of Recruitment Consultant:It literate with strong Microsoft office skills.Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.Good organisation skills with the ability to delegate your time.Able to build rapport and strong communication skillsA hard working and enthusiastic attitude towards learning new skills.Confident communicator when using the phone- this is a phone-based rolePrevious recruitment experience is requiredThe role of Recruitment Consultant:Screen and profile candidates daily.Advert writing to attract suitable candidates.Support candidates through the recruitment process.Speak to clients daily, building a good rapport to promote business.Filling vacancies within an agreed time scaleBuilding a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your client needsMaintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationshipsSalary £27000 per annum + monthly bonus (OTE £40K per year)
