Job Description

Our client based in the community village of Mangotsfield have a new vacancy for the position as Bars Manager to join their team.The facility is largely based on wet trade although food is sold on the premises.The opportunity

  • To manage your own team of bar staff to deliver quality service to its customers.
  • Assist in the planning and running of some of the areas largest sporting and entertainment events.
  • Be part of a local community organisation.
    • Experience Required
  • Managing a bar, sports or social club within a licensed premises.
  • Managing a team of staff to deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Experience in stock management to include ordering and maintaining stock levels.
  • Key-holder responsible for the security of the premises.
    • Hours
  • Hours of work are largely Thursday-Sunday
  • 40 Hours per week (although flexibility will be expected during busy periods)
    • Pay
  • Paid by the hour
  • £10-£12 per hour (DOE)
