Exciting opportunities await post-Easter half-term!The competitive pay for this position ranges from £150 to £210 per day, depending on experience, starting after the Easter half-term, requiring commitment for the remainder of the academic year. This position is open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs).Year 1 Teacher Responsibilities:The successful candidate will oversee the progress and achievement of a high-performing Year 1 class. Responsibilities include: * Designing engaging lessons aligned with KS1 National Curriculum standards and supporting the schools creativecurriculum * Understanding age-related expectations within KS1, tailoring teaching to maximise individual educational outcomes * Maintaining up-to-date records of student data, analysing to identify areas for re-teaching and ensuring high attainment levels* Establishing positive relationships with all students based on trust and mutual respect * Collaborating effectively with teaching assistants, key stage staff, and others to share advice, resources, and best practicesEssential Requirements:
