Workplace Technology Engineering ManagerRole details

  • Title- Workplace Technology Engineering Manager
  • Location- Manchester or Leeds- hybrid 2 or 3 days a week in the office
  • SALARY: £85,255 - £100,300

This is a superb opportunity for a Workplace Technology Engineering Manager to join this thriving bank as they are investing in their superb Modern Workplace Technology teamAs the Workplace Technology Engineering Manager, you will be leading as part of the Modern Workplace Technology organisation, and lead a team on the vision, strategy and engineering for our organisations in-office technology.Weve got big plans & significant investment for the transformation of our offices. This means having the right facilities, tech and spaces.This is a senior leadership level role and will blend both deep domain & technical expertise, with great passion for mentoring and developing people in a "player-coach" model including advocation for team wellbeing. Youll actively promote new ways of working,transformation methodology and maintain an inclusive environment for your team and colleagues.Youll be at the very centre of this transformation, defining not only how we best utilise our technology to support our colleagues, but also how we can build and grow our colleagues skills.This is an absolutely brilliant role, with a lot of responsibility and visibility from day one, and you will be very much at the centre for the investment and changeWhat you will be focusing on
  • Experience in Audio Visual Technology including meeting rooms, townhall spaces, broadcasting & digital signage
  • Leading the design, planning, implementing & then supporting Hybrid technologies that drive new ways of working across real estate.
  • Evolve, integrate and automate workplace technologies to improve efficiency and availability technologies in Workplace & Facility Management.
What we are looking for in you
  • Strong knowledge of Audio-Visual Technologies including video conferencing, meeting room technology & digital signage
  • Broad knowledge of all Modern Workplace technologies including M365, Unified Communications (Cisco & Microsoft) and Networks
  • Passionate about AV technology and delivering innovative and progressive solutions exceeding customer expectations
