Job Description

Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service acts as an extension of our clients’ recruitment team and provides professional interim and temporary resources.Our Client is a global legal firm, specialising in risk, regulatory and M&A strategy. The firm is a trusted partner and a recognised world leader in the areas of litigation, arbitration, competition and investigations.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Workday Trainer for a 6 month contract based in Manchester.Purpose of the Role:To lead the design and successful delivery of Workday training for a professional global organisation as part of a HR transform Programme. Youll also need to work effectively as part of a global programme team designing and delivering learning to complement communications and engagement such that the overall organisation is engaged equipped and ready to support the change.As a Workday Trainer you will be responsible for:

  • The development of learning modules and associated supporting collateral e.g. quick reference guides, walkme’s
  • Working with internal and external agencies to ensure design is appropriately supported to time cost and quality
  • Working across the Global HR team with subject matter experts to ensure county/regional specific variations are supported and managed effectively
  • Developing and publishing a global training schedule which regions will utilise to plan local delivery
  • The delivery of training in person and through a global colleague network, primarily, virtual training to colleagues using remote tools such as Skype for Business, WebEx or other market tools
  • Utilising the appropriate delivery methods including Webinars, face to face, eLearning, Skype, workshops, videos etc.
  • Developing evaluation and reporting methods/material in conjunction with the Training Manager
  • Working across the HR Transformation team to establish relevant information, support and dependencies
  • Supporting the Training Manager to manage key stakeholders and external suppliers
    • What we require from the candidate:
  • Experience of creating and delivering Workday Training (HCM) that is both creative and engaging
  • Experience of learning creation, development, publishing and scheduling (e-learning design experience is not essential)
  • Experience of a wide range of learning technology and tools e.g.
  • Experience of training people at all levels and experience of virtual classroom delivery
  • Experience of working as part of a fast-paced transformation team
