Job Description

Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service acts as an extension of our clients’ recruitment team and provides professional interim and temporary resources.Our Client is a global legal firm, specialising in risk, regulatory and M&A strategy. The firm is a trusted partner and a recognised world leader in the areas of litigation, arbitration, competition and investigations.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Workday Content Designer for a 6 monthcontract based in Manchester.Purpose of the Role:To design and develop a range of communication and engagement collateral to effectively support the implementation of Workday for a professional global organisation as part of a HR transform Programme. Youll also need to work effectively as part of a global programme team designing and delivering communication and engagement collateral to support the overall communication and training plan, such that the organisation is engaged equipped and ready to support the change.As a Content Designer you will be responsible for:

  • The development of communication collateral e.g. story boards, newsletters, scripts, presentations, reference guides.
  • Working with internal teams to ensure tone of voice and design is appropriately supported maintaining firm standards and guidelines
  • Maintaining a global communications schedule/plan which regions will utilise to plan local delivery
  • Working across the Global HR team with subject matter experts to ensure county/regional leads are working to agreed standards and timelines
  • Supporting the delivery of briefing and engagement sessions through a global colleague network, primarily, virtual, using remote tools such as Skype for Business, WebEx or other market tools
  • Defining and testing the appropriate mediums for delivery based on organisation activity, culture and previous success.
  • Formally evaluating the success of various mediums providing reporting into the Change Stream Lead
  • Working across the HR Transformation team to establish relevant information, support and dependencies
  • Supporting the Head of Change to manage key stakeholders
    • What we require from the candidate:
  • Experience of creating and delivering Workday communications collateral that is both creative and engaging
  • Experience of content creation, development, publishing and scheduling
  • Experience of using a wide range of communication mediums technology and tools
  • Experience of effective communication at all levels and experience, front line to executive
  • Experience of working as part of a fast-paced transformation team
