Our key focus is to provide high quality care to our patients, many of whom have complex conditions.A successful individual must be highly motivated to take on this challenge and meet head on the pressure to maintain high standards and delivery of quality care, whilst leading the nursing team. The post holder will manage all aspects of clinical standards and professional practice within the service and will manage and coordinate staff budget resources and the environment. You will help shape future services working and supporting the Matron and Lead Nurse within the Clinical Service Unit.
