We are working with a forward thinking and progressive business who specialise in all things hair and beauty. They have an established e-commerce platform in place and have had great success to date turning over in excess of 7 million a year.They are looking for a highly creative and eager Video Editor and Content Creator to join their growing team, working closely with the marketing team and under the guide of the Creative Director, you will be responsible for the media creation for the business. Helping to come up with ideas and concepts, story boarding, setting up for shoots, lighting sets and of course shooting video on sets and on location, world-wide travel will be part of this role.They utilise multiple channels but you will be focussing largely on video, website, social media and email marketing.This is a position for a true creative individual, someone who is keen to get involved, hands on and who loves to try new things to stay on top of their game.In an ever evolving industry, you will need to be up to speed with latest fashions, trends and technologies. There may also be other areas of creative you will need to get involved with, such as packaging and point of sale ideation, design and creation.Key skills and responsibilities of the role will be:- To ideate, concept and shoot engaging video for an array of platforms- Be proficient in lighting techniques both on-set and on-location- Must have experience using Premier Pro- Work to and understand brand guidelines as well as create original content- Be able to confidently edit video including colour grading, transitions and compositing- Have experience in other Adobe Creative suite packages such as Photoshop and Illustrator- Be highly motivated and a self starterIn return you will have the chance to travel globally for shoots, have creative autonomy and see your ideas brought to life across multiple creative outputs.
