Architectural Technologist | Manchester | £27.5k - £37.5kKonker is recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join an impressive architectural practice that is based in Manchester.You will be joining a well-immersed company thats in the AJ 100 and has 5 offices around the UK, employing around 160 members of staff.This practice has built a strong reputation within the commercial field and undertake commissions throughout the UK on all building types. They are a multiple award-winning practicethat has developed a strong portfolio that includes retail, residential, leisure,offices, and industrial projects. Currently, they have a numerous large-scale retail focused projects that they are going to be working on for the foreseeable future.This RIBA Chartered practice is represented by a Director-led dedication design team comprising of Architects, Technicians, Landscape Architects and support staff. With a reputation for deliverability, design flair and logical technical expertise, this practiseprovides services that understand clients’ goals, and deliver real valueAt present, the Manchester office has roughly 20 employees, and they have several new commissions including a major new contract with a leading retail brand.They are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join them, ideally hitting the ground running with previous experience using Revit. This position will see you work with the Associate Director (Chartered Technologist) who will provide mentoring, internal trainingand the practice will also support you with external training too. This will give you the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career.For the right projects you will be able project manage them whilst working as part of a team on larger scale projects. Or, if you have previous experience project running, there is also the opportunity to lead larger projects.
