Our established client is a leading name within the ultra-clean air market and well-known for providing a wide range of services to healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. They are currently recruiting for a Validation/Commissioning Engineer based in andaround the Manchester area. The ideal candidate will be experienced in carrying out clean room validations in accordance with HTM 0301. Previous experience carrying out test on LEV systems and fume cupboards will also be advantageous. Consideration will begiven to applications from Oldham, Bolton, Wolverhampton, and the surrounding area. Experience to the Role:Previous experience of testing LEVs, fume cupboards, laminar flow cabinets is desirable but not essential. Experience in undertaking a wide range of critical ventilation testing.Proven track record of Validating and verifying ventilation systems in accordance with HTM 03-01 regulations. Able to demonstrate an understanding of compliance and health & safety guidelines. Duties within the Role:Testing critical ventilation systems within the healthcare sector; validating and verifying the systems in accordance with the relevant industry regulations. Carry out airflow and pressure measurements, microbiological air sampling, noise and environmental measurements, auditing of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and re-balancing airflows. Carry DOP and HEPA testing. Writing reports and consulting with clients on findings and recommendations.
